I am flat out determined to get under a certain weight before October!!! I must do it for my health... both mental and physical. I did start a new diet on Monday of this week but I kinda have been cheating every day... Meaning I haven't stuck to the diet once all week! But today is a new day and I have stuck to the diet so far today and I will stick to it the rest of today, tomorrow and Sunday! Hopefully I will like what the scale has to say on Monday morning!
