So, I told you I would be annoying you with my dieting ups and downs and this post is just that... An annoying diet post!
I do weekly weigh-ins and they are always on Monday mornings. So, I wanted to report I have lost 4 lbs since last Monday. Which is really good considering our big cookout last night. I expected to see a +1 or +2. I am thankful I am down and I am going to work even harder this week!
